This license does not include any right to resell, redistribute, or sublicense our services without explicit written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of our software
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works of our services
Use our tools for any unlawful purpose or in violation of carrier agreements
Circumvent any security or access controls of our systems
Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to third parties
Use our services to unlock devices you do not legally own or have permission to unlock

All rights, title, and interest in and to:

  • The FlexUnlock software and associated documentation
  • Our trademarks, logos, and brand elements
  • All content on our website and marketing materials

are and will remain the exclusive property of FlexUnlock and its licensors. No licenses or rights are granted except as expressly set forth herein.

Disclaimers & Limitations

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

We do not guarantee that our tools will work on all devices or with all carriers
We are not responsible for any potential voiding of manufacturer warranties
We disclaim liability for any data loss, device damage, or service interruption

Important: In no event shall FlexUnlock be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if:

You violate these Terms or applicable laws
We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity
Required by law enforcement or regulatory authorities

Termination will not entitle you to any refunds of prepaid fees, where applicable.

PROHIBITED: USB/Device Sharing Applications

STRICT POLICY ENFORCEMENT

The use of USB/Device sharing applications is strictly prohibited when using FlexUnlock services. This is a zero-tolerance policy.

Prohibited Applications Include:

USB Redirector (all versions)
FlexiHub
USB Network Gate
VirtualHere
USB over Network
USB/IP
Decomplie Tools
Decoding Tools
RDP USB Redirection
Similar Tools

AUTOMATIC ENFORCEMENT

If we detect the use of any USB/Device sharing applications, the following actions will be taken immediately and automatically:

Your machine will be automatically blocked
Your account will be permanently terminated
You will no longer be able to use our products
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

This policy is in place to protect the integrity of our services and prevent abuse. By using FlexUnlock, you acknowledge and accept this restriction.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law & Disputes
